Called Captain Bret and got a Sunset Tour. Went so well, my wife and I booked a Private Charter a few days later. Was 100% stress free! Captain Bret took care of everything, and took us to a secluded island. Then he took us on a tour of Charleston Harbour. The Charleston Peninsula does not have a public beach, and this is the BEST way to do a beach trip from the Peninsula. I would not hesitate to use him again. It was the best part of our week in Charleston! Don't think about anyone else. This is your guy.

The sunset cruise is a must if you want to take in the beautiful views of the Charleston harbor. Captain Bret is very knowledgeable and provided a great experience for all of the passengers. You can sit back and relax or stand up and take hundreds of pictures like I did. Also, huge plus is that you can bring your own alcohol! There isn't a more perfect way to end an evening in Charleston than drinking good wine and watching dolphins swim as the sun goes down. I will definitely book again with Harborview Charters.

I am so pleased that we chose to take the sunset cruise with Harborview Charters! An incredible, relaxing boat ride from start to finish! The boat is very comfortable with padded seating, covered top and side panels that protect you from being overwhelmed with too much water or wind. The cruise allows guests to bring whatever beverages or snacks you wish. Mood setting music plays while you cruise under the Ravenel bridge, down Shem creek and back around to the battery to watch the breathtaking Charleston sunset. This cruise is a must for tourists and locals alike. As a resident of Charleston, I was able to see the city from a different perspective and learn a lot about Charleston's history and local wildlife. It was the most relaxing evening and a must when I have guests visiting in the future!

My son and I were visiting from upstate NY and we have been the whole way to Savannah Georgia to do boat tours. Harborview was by far the best yet. We saw more dolphins on this trip in the first 5 minutes then any other boat tour. It was a great experience even with the rain. The captain and first mate were very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely be adding this to our yearly trip as a necessary activity! Next time we will make sure to have cash to tip as the crew definitely deserves it!!!!

My wife and I spent a week in Charleston and this was without a doubt the highlight of our time. Captain Brett was knowledgeable, friendly, and new the perfect place to take us. My wife and I found numerous sand-dollars, ocean glass, shells, and even a brick from the famed Ft. Sumter. The amount of time was perfect and we enjoyed a wonderful time of shelling adventures. If we ever come back to Charleston this will be one of the things we definitely sign up for again.

Great afternoon cruise around the islands, harbor and some of the creeks (Shem Creek one of the favorites). Numerous dolphin sightings. Capt. Bret is a very knowledgeable, competent skipper. Great personality and very accommodating.

Captain Brett was awesome! We saw Dolphins within the first 10 mins and then it got even better when we were surrounded by 20 plus dolphins- it was incredible! The tour included great sight of Fort Sumter, the battery, and a great view of the mansions on Sullivan's Island. Worth every penny and would go again.

Can't wait to do this again! Myself, husband, and parents went on the shelling trip. It was so much more than expected. Captain Bret was very knowledgeable about the area and we got a history lesson as well. We went early morning and got to see a pod of dolphins! Can't recommend enough!
